Alright, next let’s work on Thread the Needle for this it’s helpful to have your fabrics split as you’re climbing. and height does not matter. You’re going to come to the middle and go into your inverted splits what I’m going to do is my back leg I’m going to drop down towards the ground and as I roll up on my front leg and really bring the elbow in front of my back leg and so in my case it’s my left elbow and back down so once again splits drop it up really make sure that you tuck the elbow in if it’s out going to the side you won’t be able to go up and around so make sure that it’s in a bicep curl position.
