When you’re ready to take your embroidery
off, it’s good to park the embroidery arm. That’s moving the embroidery arm all the way
to the far right side, the far left side that is. Then there’s 2 ways to do it. One of them is to touch the move hoop icon
and touch park position. The manual will recommend that you take the hoop off because if it is
a smaller hoop that hoop is going to move underneath the foot. Larger hoops you could
technically leave on, for example, if I touch park position, it’s not going to actually
hit that hoop. This embroidery arm is now positioned where it needs to be to get back
into the Styrofoam or the box. Another thing that you can do, I’m just going
to return it back to current stitch position, yes, it will tell me to attach the embroidery
hoop, is to park it would be to, let’s go ahead and exit out of the embroidery area.
Touch the return to sewing area. Instead of being in the embroidery, when you touch that
to go to sewing the embroidery arm also moves to the far left position. Use the one that
works for you. Sometimes it’s time to go to sewing and you’re ready to take the embroidery
unit off, of course. Sometimes I leave the embroidery unit on because
it does make for a little sewing work surface here and I might need to be coming back to
embroidery and I just need to do a short little sewing seem and then put my hoop back on.
What we have is once we come back to embroidery, you’re right where you left off with the design
on your screen.
